Unexpected Chemistry 3:380:00/3:38
In their second project, Myocardia, we meet the alternative rock three piece after accumulated break ups, heart conditions, and deaths. Frontwoman, Rachel Peters, explores these concepts within Myocardia, where she and guitarist, Dan Bacon, solidify the Valkerie sound - that can only to be described as tenderly thunderous. Drummer, Jordan VanSise shines through, marking Valkerie as a combined force to be reckoned with. The group takes lyrical and sonic inspiration from the likes of Paramore, The Cranberries, and Blondie. With two EP's under their belt, Prelude (2025) and Myocardia (2026), Valkerie's future signals a full West Coast tour in the summer of 2026, with more music in the works of these non-stop powerhouses.

Their debut EP "Prelude" released January 3rd, 2025. It's avaible on all streaming platforms. Rachel had written all the songs before Valkerie existed, bringing them to Dan, Jordan, and Kyle to bring them to life. "Prelude" was entirely self recorded and produced by Rachel Peters, Dan Bacon, and recording engineer, Finlay Aylword.
Released February 23rd, 2026, their second EP Myocardia solidifies the Valkerie sound. Produced entirely by Dan and Rachel, written fully by the band. It is a true, independent work. Artwork by Taylor DuBose.
Released August 29th, 2025. Rachel and Dan went into the studio to record "Sing to an Empty Room", "Ashes", and "Keep Me Steady" with just guitar and vocals. Three beautiful renditions of fan favorites from the EP, showcasing the range of the band, as well as the lyricism behind each track.
